If that is your logical conclusion that there is no existence after death what are you afraid of? fear and suffering can only persist with continued existence.

It took me a while to understand God and the universe. I don't understand how people can think the concept of God is preposterous and never question how existence of anything is even possible to begin with. The fact infinity is real and there is anything here at all is an unexplained miracle especially when you learn about how in our current understanding of science all the odds are stacked against existence being possible.

I had a similar thing happen to me where my room was pitch black while I was in bed, and I noticed that even though my eyes were closed, I could see everything. Opened my eyes, and everything was black. Closed them again, and I could see everything. I "got up", and just like that, was out of my body. Everything had a self illuminating whitish/goldish glow to it that produced enough light so I could walk around. I walked through my closed door since I just knew that I could. Turned to the bottom of the stairs, and saw my brother walking up the stairs with his girlfriend. Thought "ok, to make sure this is real, I'll take note of the shirt that my brother is wearing. As soon as I had that thought, I was back in bed. but I remembered everything. He was wearing a blue button up shirt. Wrote everything down, went back to bed, and the next day I asked my brother if his gf was over yesterday and if they went up the stairs. yes. Asked him if we was wearing a blue button up shirt....nope. Green sweater. Unless theres some kind of incongruity with the spirit world that Im unaware of, sadly, it seems like it was a hallucination/waking dream. Probably. I think it's a mixture of your brain filling in some details and some of the real info covering the basic outline. Like in my dream the details were about me but when it really happened later on they happened to someone else I was with in a slightly different way.

I was 4 the first time I thought there was no god. My mom taught daycare at a Baptist church and I started believing there was a god from the age of 8 to about 12. When I was 14 I decided again there was no god after all and was quite angry about it. From the age of 17 through my late 20's I was very spiritual and believed in god pretty zealously but by the time I reached my early 30's, I realized I likely would never believe in god again.
