There are 3 and only 3 political ideologies. 1) People that want to rule over everyone, 2) People that want to be ruled over, and 3) People that want to be free. Everything else is disagreement about means to an end.
Generally, 1 uses 2 to reach power by promising gibs and 3 fights 2 to pretend to be doing something against the real enemy, which is 1. Then 1 uses the fight as a justification to use their power to supress 3. That's all.
