After all, a strong and independent woman lives alone. Their participation in the workforce, caused by feminism, and their insistence on going out of town for college/university, caused by feminism, leads to an effective doubling of housing demand.
That's without even considering immigration which feminists vote for, a lack of property development because feminists like trees, and foreign "investment".
Throughout this entire experience men young and old alike have to deal with creatures which have become utterly unreliable and unpredictable.
