You like porn because it gives you dopamine hits on demand. How do you cure yourself of your addiction?
Step 1: do something that will prevent you from looking at it in the short term. This can include installing software to block porn sites/etc, working out (walking, running, biking, etc) or doing SOMETHING enough during the day in order to make you too tired to fap, going on a trip for a few days without your computer, etc. Tbis will temporarily free your mind from porn. Think of it like being wired up to a power grid, this is the "unplugging part", you DO need power eventually but this is temporary.
Step 2: Do something that makes you really happy. It works best if this is a novel experience, ie going someplace new, trying something new, etc. This will help you achieve the release from porn by making you realize there is more to life than porn and by giving you a better dopamine high than porn does (especially now that you've built a dopamie tolerance to porn anyways from looking at it so much)
Step 3: You'll hopefully be coasting down from that high for a few days. Keep a routine, keep doing things that require some though, that will cause dopamine releases but are harder to achieve than jacking off, etc
Step 4: find strength through idealism. Porn is bad and you know it, now that you've built up the ability to resist it you can win the battle.
PS: Keep trying. When you get horney, think "is this what I want or is it an urge that I will feel bad about?", force yourself to think about it. Meditate on it before you go to bed. If you fap in the shower, take cold showers or take them in the morning.
