That depends what you mean by democracy. The ancient Greeks wouldn't have considered Western liberal-democratic systems as Democracies. Democracy literally means "Rule of the Many", but it absolutely does not mean "Rule of the Everybody".

The best System of government is 15 years of autocracy to rebuild community cohesion, values, and to instill the right values in the next generation. After that time period you implement a system of Restricted Suffrage, to those who have earned their rights to citizenship.

Needless to say economic entities are banned from interacting with governmental entities to prevent abuse.

Democracy only works in a homogeneous community where only people who are a net positive on society are allowed to vote but even then the risk os high that people will just vote to get gibs from the future generations.

Most forms of Fascism (excluding your mentioned Falangism) have the same materialistic foundation like communism, or classical liberalism and fall victim to the same shortcomings.
Fascism is ultimately the most effective of the three but it stil lacks the moral/religious foundation only monarchy can provide.

America isn't a democracy. It's a representative republic. If you think that America is an example of Democracy, you're mistaken.

Democracy is even worse than a representative republic, because the poor will always vote to raise taxes on the rich and kill the economy. It's called tyranny of the majority and it's the reason America has an electoral college.

I think the best form of government would be a Democratic meritocracy, where candidates to become voting citizens are chosen by lottery ten at a time out of pools of one thousand when they turn twenty four years of age. The ten chosen would have to fight to the death in a public arena that contains locked puzzles of incremented difficult, ensuring the smartest would get the best weapons.

Republics are trash. They only work once you make very specific rules and once the rules get removed everything goes to shit. It's basically Democracy but you only vote on middle men, and it's less efficient then a dictator/monarch. I heard Mike Peinovich talk about this today. He argued that democracy is not to blame, and that grug brained Whites, if they had any control at all, would vote to be segregated from Blacks, etc. As fuckin' dumb as many Whites are, they would not go for race mixing, either, in the past. Some sort of autocracy. Be it neo-Monarchism or Christian Fascism. Many of our issues need a strong guiding hand and can't be left to the will of easily swayed masses.
