just lost 20 pounds over the past two months doing heavy lifting. It's not too hard if you have decent genetics and any focus at all. I only do about an hour a day, plus I recently convinced my boss to let me start doing some jobs that require me to move to the other side of a 500,000 square foot building twice a day. I didn't realize how sedentary my job had become until all this weight started creeping up on me over the past year, adding the daily long walks has helped a lot along with the lifting.
