Former mission leader here. I joined when I was a bit too old to be a missonary proper. I spent several years with them and spent a full year as mission leader. My year as mission leader made me leave.

I did not join the church due to missionaries. I joined because I read their gospel and believed it. I still do. 100% - except that the authorities are clearly misled.

As mission leader, I saw filthy works. They own their own busses and planes, so they can move illegal immigrant missionaries and church members around the nation without TSA or DHS seeing them.

They work around the clock to keep illegals close to where they live, to minimize their chance of exposure.

The Priesthood meetings have all become "don't watch porn or jerk off! and remember if you let refugees fuck your wife, you are a good man like Christ!" and the Relief Society (the females) meetings are all about how the poor refugees need to get laid and how the females should do their parts giving up their pussies to these refugees.

I completed my year as mission leader dutifully, and I left the church. I explained to the Bishop why I did so and he even somewhat agreed. He exhorted me to stay and try to make a difference, but there is no difference to be made. None will stand with you. The entire church is pozzed. Well the US is supposedly supposedly going to be majority non-white in 2045 and close states like California are already there and I imagine others like Arizona are too or are at least very close. It think Utah dipping that much is just due to all of the immigration into that state that'll likely happen. Wherever white people go they'll be chased. Once an area becomes too "diverse" (see: shitty) they'll go to the whitest place possible. 2065 Utah will probably look like utopia compared to most places in the US.
