After 16 and a half years, tonight will be the final edition of This Week as Andrew Neil steps down. TW will be replaced by the horrific Brexitcast in September, so thanks Beeb.
The live episode has already been recorded earlier tonight, and has the "new classic" line-up of THE NEIL, Choo Choo and AJ accompanied by the ever-lovely Miranda Green and top cunt Piers Morgan. #PrayForDiane makes her long overdue return to be eternally mocked by Andrew, not to mention the reappearance of a certain Molly The Dog.
Get the tissues out lads, this is going to be emotional.
On TW (11:20pm - 12:25am): >For the final time after 16 years, Andrew Neil reviews the political week with Michael Portillo, Alan Johnson, Miranda Green and Piers Morgan. Some of the team will also appear in a series of Grease-inspired films, alongside Liam Halligan, Liz Kendall and Kevin Maguire. There will be guest appearances from Jan Ravens and Diane Abbott in the extended programme.
Andrew retiring is the story but I've got suspicions they forced him to and went with the story "no one can replace him" so cut the show to pump out just that little bit more of their propaganda

John Nicolson was on the radio earlier talking about it (he'll be there tonight too) - Andrew asked for an earlier slot and they told him no, so he decided to leave. He's 70 years old, it's a fair request. I mean point proven - even though it's pre-recorded, there's no Question Time and it's still on this late.
Thank you for all your service. I don't think you're the original Suez poster but you took up the mantle well. It's been a pleasure and for the last time - BASED.

yeah because it's on its way out like how everyone wants to tune into some fag an hero, but never at any other point in that fag's life
How Trump just won the election wasn't his finest hour, but he just won the election. That's why I hate this fucking country. The virtue signalling clapping Trumps racism, he just won a second term, it doesn't matter.
I can't side with either arguement, they are both fucking stupid arguements
Obviously sucks a lot of cock, or has incriminating photos of folk. How a piece of shit gets so much media work considering his background is baffling.

Did it last week.

This is worse than I could have ever imagined

>Only Question Time to look forward to on Thursday nights now
Fuck sake I'm not sure I can handle it without TW.
You'd have thought Andrew could've taken the lead for the last ever episode. Or even Portillo.

If we don't leave the EU I am seriously leaving the country. Was checking the NZ immigration points today and my job is on the long term priority list so I'm all set if I want to go.

Where is the true political discourse, why is it not allowed for public broadcast to show dislike for others, not even 'hate speech' but simple balanced representation of ideas. This Week may have been the most right wing, intellectual current affairs show on tv, but it wasnt exactly giving time to ideas such as deportation, or even nationalism.
Thing is someone like Stokes probably is of English ancestry anyway, Roy and Curran too. They're hardly an advert for multiculturalism like Piers Morgan thinks
