I will now explain how to correctly sage a thread.
1. its pronounced "sa-geh" because its a Japanese word meaning to fall or
bring down. Its not pronounced "sayj" like a wise man or the spice.
I see a number of you posting pictures of the sage leaf and thinking its funny.
Well it isn't.
2. sage doesn't work if you just type it into the comment field, you need to
type in ALL fields. This is why you see people say "sage in all fields"
3. 1 sage isn't enough to get rid of a thread. Always remember to return to the
thread and sage it again at least once ever 24 minutes to ensure that it stays
sage'ed. Be vigilant and keep doing this until the thread is 404'ed.
4. Report all threads that you sage every time that you sage them. Its common
for the mods to clear old ticket lists without checking them so make sure to
re-report each time to increase the chances of a mod seeing your ticket.
