The Global Hawk was never claimed to be "invincible". It's a reconnaissance drone without any kind of special stealth characteristics. It was developed in an era of counter-insurgency wars. It was never supposed to be used against states with proper A2/AD capabilities.

They won't. There are no consolidated liberal democracies in the Middle East currently. Israel is closest to a functioning democracy there, even though they have a serious problem of second-class citizens. Theocratic and even secular illiberal dictatorships are not compatible with the US ideologically in the long-term. They will be enemies until the US manages to change regimes in all of those countries to proper liberal and humane democracies.

It was supposed to be at an altitude not able to be intercepted by missiles. Its job was to gather intel on Iranian missile sites so America could go in "fast and furious" and disable Iran's retaliatory and defense capabilities. It was then intercepted by a missile that Iran never even claimed to have. The US (claims) to have "retaliated" with a cyber attack, which was also countered by Iran, and many suspect is the reason why the US hesitated to launch a retaliation. Unlike other countries, Iran doesn't build its military to ward off a war, or to even defend itself (because it knows it realistically can't). It built one capable of causing as much damage as possible in as short a time as possible, and that keeps Israel, the US, and everyone else at bay while it slowly strangles them through 4th generation warfare (see Houthis and PMU).
The fact that they took over Iraq, and forced the US to stop flying in Iraqi airspace, without shedding a single drop of blood is testament to where you stand.
