They probably should but you know somewhere down the line they are going to start cutting off all the other welfare programs while pretending that getting $1200 is still a great thing. It's not even a real solution, but you know that the real solution here is to reduce public spending and and ineffective birth control methods so that we revert back to third world conditions and people start having 8+ kids so that they can earn money for the family by begging on the streets.
