This is interesting and shreds new light on certain events like Barr's statement that there is no reason to not believe Jeffrey finished himself. I checked the case, and this item is in the section called Factual Allegations which does not mean much until proven to be true. For example, Epstein court documents contained a section called Undisputed Facts or similar. There is also another document (documentcloud.org/documents/3130729-DOE-V-TRUMP.html) but it is both short and contains only allegations.
