I place emphasis on hard work. I work for my company, my company doesn't work for me. They don't owe me anything. I am paid proportionately to the way I work. For instance USA has tarifs but if you ship in components and then assemble you can have a product that ol "made in USA" label that doesn't actually employ a single american and dodge bunch of import fees as a result.
Not sure what the reason here is but something like that is probably one of them.
