Soccer has way to many turn overs and lacks tension and speed to say nothing of how many games end 0-0 or 0-1. Baseball is just dull as shit and is in the end a judged event, so not an actual sport. Football can be exciting but rewards dull safe plays way too much, Canadian football is better due to different rules but still isn't a trilling sport. Basketball has way too many point scored so the game is pointless as only the last 60s matter. 60s that take 30min to play out.

I try to get behind hockey, i went to a game when I was in the US. The problem I have is following the puck on tv... i dunno if everyone kinda doesnt know what the fuck is going on or it just comes with time
It comes with time. You sort of learn to know where it is by context of where the player’s attention is. You sort of follow the puck without necessarily seeing it as an object at all times.
But also, it is a game that has benefited greatly from HD television broadcasts, cuz you can see way more clearly now what is happening. Growing up in the 90’s, I dunno how we knew what the hell was going on half the time.
