Best way to break out of it is force yourself to go somewhere new, even if it’s just getting in your car and taking a short drive somewhere that you haven’t been. If you live in a city, go drive out in the hills and put on some new tunes. The main objective is exercising your secondary function, Extroverted Intuition. It’s the life force of the INTP. It gives us all the inspiration for new ideas and theories about everything.
I was stuck in a bad Ti/Si loop for a couple months, I recently got back home from a trip to CO, and I feel so refreshed. Started writing music again, and my whole outlook on life in general is better.

I was ENTJ from high school until at least 21 or 22. I did the test about a year ago at 26 and got switched to INTJ. I still feel like I’m more extroverted than introverted, I think it’s just because now that I’m older questions like “do you prefer to go to a party or hang out at home” speak more to my overall level of energy and doesn’t really reflect my interaction tendencies.

According to MBTI, there are 16 personality types.
If all types were distributed equally, there would be a 100% / 16 = 6.25% probability for a random person to be INTP.
If you add up male and female INTPs from the given data, that's a 3.5% probability.
So if you have 400 people, there are 14 INTPs instead of 25 (average value), which is a difference of only 11 people.
INTPs aren't that rare.

The only reason why this test isn't really accurate is because of our own bias. Most people aren't really honest even to an online test. A group of psychologists could probably do an accurate Meyer Briggs test by pure examination.
