Because the machines don't learn, all they do is take information white people give them and extendolate on it. For example a white person can say 'Find racist people, the word nigger is racist'. The white person knows it isn't racist when a black man says it but doesn't specify then blames the technology. It is like setting a washing machine to spin for 50 minutes then getting mad at it because it kept spinning after 50 minutes when it was just extendolating what you told it. Its because whites can't design real AI so they have to just make it like this.
