Nonetheless, Horowitz is probably in the final stages of the report on the abuse of the FISA warrants, and there were probably be several criminal referrals coming out of that. Signing off on the application for the warrant, which is like an affidavit basically, when you know that the contents of the application are false or have been found through illegal means, is very serious. It's much more serious than taking memos home. Comey, McCabe, Comey, Lynch, Yates and Rosenstein all could find themselves in a lot of trouble. The FISA Horowitz IG report will probably come out in October or November.

Also, Durham, the US Attorney in Connecticut, is conducting an investigation into how the entire Russian meme started. Barr appointed him to take this on back in May. Huber, US attorney in Utah, is also supposed to be looking at aspects of this. There are likely to be prosecutions arising from each of these investigations, but it's not clear when.

So, things are happening, but it's just not at all clear on what timetable.
