What is the current situation in Yemen? Are the STC forces making gains? Are the Houthi's making gains?

Thanks for the update. The Houthi's really should try and secure the whole of the western coast to shorten the frontlines significantly. Allocate the rest of the freed up forces to push deeper inside saudi Arabia.

Syria take long time for one country. They sould finish things fast and cucked assad should give attack orders already instead of sucking jewtin cock.
Jaxson Morgan
the houthis and saudi are in some flimsy barely existent ceasefire so gains aren't really on the menu right now
But now is the right time to strike, Hadi forces are weakening, STC ones are getting stronger and many Hadi allied units are either deserting or defecting towards STC. If the STC and the Houthi's can work together, it can also be a way for UAE to "switch" sides and come out of this war as a winner and not lose face like the saudi's.
This can result either in a 2 state Yemen (North and South) that have friendly relations with each other or a single Yemen that forms a federation.

>If the STC and the Houthi's can work together the STC are in general pro west and other than sharing a common enemy they likely won't see eye to eye with the houthis on much

Around 250 to 300 men being held in camps in Syria are believed to have come from UK Britain and other European nations that are refusing to repatriate Islamic State fighters and put them on trial in their country of origin are creating a risk to regional security, the US defence secretary warned at the start of his visit to London.
Mark Esper said there were around 2,000 foreign fighters, many from Europe, held in north-east Syria, but asking the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces to keep them in makeshift jails was an increasing risk to the fragile security of the region.
“It’s an untenable situation,” Esper said in a briefing on the first day of a two-day visit to London. “How long can this last? Our view has been they should repatriated and dealt with appropriately … otherwise that’s a risk to the region.”
Around 250 to 300 foreign fighters who are still in Syria are estimated to have come from the UK, but Britain is increasingly unwilling to allow any to return and stand trial following Isis’s defeat in Syria and Iraq.
Several have been stripped of their British citizenship, such as Jack Letts, who was raised in Oxfordshire by British and Canadian parents. He left home to join Isis five years ago, but has been held a prisoner in Syria for the past two years.Esper, who is due to meet defence secretary Ben Wallace on Friday, said he was relaying a message from the US administration. “We are asking a lot of the folks that are holding them, the Kurds,” Esper added.
Two of the most notorious Isis fighters still being held in north East Syria, Londoners El Shafee Elsheikh and Alexanda Kotey, are subject of an ongoing legal battle as to where they will be put on trial for murdering western hostages in Syria.

Abdullah Morsi, 25, was with a friend on Wednesday when he suddenly felt weak, and died shortly after arriving at a hospital in the capital, according to physicians who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorised to brief journalists.
Mohamed Morsi had been held in detention since his divisive year in power ended when he was ousted by the military in 2013 after mass protests. In June, he collapsed and died in court during a trial on espionage charges. His death provoked criticism from local and international rights groups, who accused the government of deliberately denying medical care to political prisoners.
Abdullah Morsi’s sudden death has shocked many Muslim Brotherhood members living in exile, who have seized the opportunity to express their disenchantment with the rule of Abdel Fatah al-Sisi.
Genuine question: what’s the probability of an Islamic State being founded within the next 20 years?
With all the anti-Muslim sentiment that’s going on, I can’t help but be struck with fear everytime the neocons promote islamophobic rhetoric because they’re playing into the hands of the islamists. This has never been explicitly said before but the Islamist’s goal is to cause so much anti-Muslim sentiment within the West that the only solution to the cascade of terrorist attacks and hate-filled attacks on Muslims is to create an Islamic state, whereby most refugees will have somewhere to go back to. Sound familiar? They’re copying exactly what the Jews did. This is why every Islamist grins and rubs their hands everytime the west, the Israelis and the Arabs advocate for a war on Iran.
What will stop the pseudo Islamic state from being a reality if war with Iran ever happens? I think by the end of WW3, whenever it happens, the Sykes picot will be abrogated to make room for the Islamic State.

>Kushner's Middle East peace plan drifts further astray as envoy resigns
The ‘ultimate deal’ for resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is due to come out after the Israeli elections on 17 Sept
Jason Greenblatt, the Trump administration’s special envoy for Middle East peace, tasked with working on the “ultimate deal” for resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, is to leave the post, it has been announced.
Greenblatt may stay in the role until the publication of the long-delayed plan, which is now due to come out some time after Israeli elections on 17 September. However, if those elections bring about the fall of Netanyahu, the plan could be shelved indefinitely.
“Greenblatt’s leaving may have to do with the dim prospects of the so-called peace plan,” “What I do know is that it won’t make any difference to what is not really a plan – let’s call it a vision – because there is no chance of it going anywhere.”Dona rump tweeted that Greenblatt, one of his former lawyers, would be leaving “to pursue work in the private sector”.
“Jason has been a loyal and great friend and fantastic lawyer,” rump said. “His dedication to Israel and to seeking peace between Israel and the Palestinians won’t be forgotten. He will be missed. Thank you Jason!”
Greenblatt, a real estate lawyer with no experience in diplomacy, began working on the would-be plan in 2017 with rump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, in what the president has said would be the “ultimate deal”.
A 30 year-old Kushner aide, Avi Berkowitz – who graduated from law school in 2016 and has no ME experience, would take over some of Greenblatt’s role.
During Greenblatt’s time in office, the US severed its diplomatic links with the Palestinians, closed down its consulate in Jerusalem, and ordered the Palestinian mission in US to shut down. Earlier this year, the US cut all aid to the Palestinian territories.

>Saudi prince claims Riyadh can destroy Iran in 'eight hours' in case of war presstv.com/Detail/2019/09/06/605472/Saudi-UAE-Yemen-prince-war-eight-minutes A Saudi prince has claimed that his country maintains military supremacy over Iran and would completely destroy the Islamic Republic in a matter of hours if a war broke out.
"Saudi Arabia can destroy Iran in eight hours," Saudi prince Abdullah bin Sultan bin Nasser al-Saud tweeted in Arabic Thursday, posting a quotation from a video interview with a Saudi analyst.
Originally aired on Saudi Arabia’s Channel 24 in 2016, the video shows Saudi F-15 warplanes and Iran’s F-4 Phantom jets, saying the kingdom is in possession of advanced jets and weaponry while those of Iran are all old and outdated.
In his Thursday tweet, the prince said, “Of course, this is a segment of two years, before buying and developing air defense systems, naval forces, land, and air with advanced missiles.”
"What is hidden is greater. There is no force in the world that can stand up to our unity, our resolve, our renaissance and thank God.”

>EU spokeswoman says Europe's trade mechanism with Iran going on presstv.com/Detail/2019/09/06/605489/EU-Maja-Kocijancic-Iran-JCPOA-INSTEX The European Union says there is "an advancement" in a long-anticipated trade mechanism, called the INSTEX, with Iran, after Tehran's announcement of further cuts in its commitments under a 2015 nuclear accord it signed with major world powers.
"There is an advancement when it comes to this instrument and the first transactions are being processed. It does take time but it is moving ahead so that process continues," the spokeswoman for EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini, Maja Kocijancic, told reporters in Brussels on Friday.
Iran on Thursday informed the European Union that it will begin unlimited nuclear research and development work from Friday, officially unleashing the third stage of its measured responses to Europe's lack of action in the face of Washington's violation of the nuclear deal, officially known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif told the EU foreign policy chief in a letter that Iran was further scaling back its commitments under the JCPOA due to the inability of the deal's three European signatories -- Britain, France and Germany -- to meet their end of the bargain.
Zarif's letter came after Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said on Wednesday that the country will expand its nuclear research and development as of September 6, setting aside the restrictions imposed on the country's research and development (R&D) in the JCPOA.

I agree. I’m against founding an Islamic state and against sharia law. The Islamist mentality behind this is that every sharia governed country is not an actual Islamic state because it’s not the home of all Muslims, they’re just countries that are governed by Islamic jurisprudence. An Islamic state by name would encompass all Islamic nationalities. Ofcourse I don’t think this justifies it, they just want an Israel of their own. Something to call “The only Islamic State”
Jacob Rogers
>Genuine question: what’s the probability of an Islamic State being founded within the next 20 years?
Zero. Apart from Iran which is an Islamic state.
It doesn't work. It would be like trying to make Europe into one Catholic state. It is just a religious fever dream, the ream of a bunch of mad Iraqis, not realistic.
The spokesman for Yemeni Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, said the short-range Badr-1 missile struck hangars for unmanned aerial vehicles at Najran Regional Airport with great precision on Friday afternoon, Arabic-language al-Masirah television network reported. He added that the missile strike caused disruption of air traffic for a while.
Saree underlined that the attack was in line with the legitimate right to self-defense.
On Thursday, Yemeni missile units and fighters from Popular Committees fired a number of Badr-1 missiles at the same airport and some units of the Royal Saudi Land Forces. Saree said at the time that the projectiles had brought air traffic in and out of the airport to a halt.Yemeni forces strike Saudi army positions in Najran with new missile
Also on Friday, dozens of Saudi troopers and Saudi-sponsored militiamen loyal to Yemen's former President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi were killed and injured when the Yemeni fighters launched an offensive against their positions in Najran.
The spokesman for Yemeni Armed Forces said a newly-developed medium-range ballistic missile, named Qassem (Raider), was launched to target the strongholds of Saudi soldiers and their mercenaries in the al-Sadis area.
Separately, a large number of Saudi-paid militiamen were killed and injured when Yemeni forces targeted their positions in the Nati' district of Yemen’s central province of al-Bayda with a Zelzal-1 (Earthquake-1) missile and a barrage of artillery rounds.

well by that definition the headchopper califat didn't match the criteria either. it's a sand crawlers dream from 1500 years ago and ignores the realities of geography. the most populous islamic state is indonesia. paki'S wouldn't join. 1500 years ago it might have made sense to dream of an 'only islamic blob on a map'. but by definition, or rather the definition you propose is dead before it begins

doesn't really matter, there are no significant industrial powers with the potential to become islamic. so it's a moot point. to the rest of the world it matters not if an underdeveloped country is an islamic state, at worst it's a security nuisance
the only developed ones (beyond purely extractive industry) are Iran, Turkey and Pakistan, and they are already largely islamic states (islamic revolutionary republic, ikhwan state, upper classes-pretend-islamic republic respectively).

>Israeli drone attacks on Iraq launched from US airbases: Iraqi Cmdr. presstv.com/Detail/2019/09/06/605478/Hashd-shaabi-US-airbase-Israel-drone-strikes-Iraq Israel has used American airbases in Iraq to launch its recent drone attacks against the Hashd al-Shaabi positions, said an Iraqi commander, warning that the aggression will be retaliated if repeated.
al-Yasseri, the commander of the Iraqi resistance group Saraya al-Khorasani, says all Israeli attacks on Iraq were launched from US bases inside Iraq.
"The drones flying in the Iraqi airspace had taken off from the US bases," he told Al Alam.
The Iraqi commander said the resistance forces have in the past defeated the Israelis and are capable of doing so again thanks to their increased power today.
"The Hashd al-Shaabi today enjoys a very great power to create a new victory for Iraq,"
Iraq's military said on Aug 26 it had launched an investigation into an Israeli strike that killed two Hashd al-Sha’abi fighters near the town of al-Qa’im close to the country's western border with Syria.Arabic-language al-Ahad TV reported on July 19 that a drone had dropped explosives onto a base belonging to the pro-government PMU's near the town of Amerli, located about 170 km north of the capital, in the early hours of the day, killing at least 1 PMU fighter and injuring 4 others.

Meanwhile, a local official in Anbar province said a convoy of 108 large trucks loaded with various military equipment coming from Jordan has arrived in Iraq through Trebil border crossing, and transferred them to the Ayn al-Asad Airbase, west of Anbar.
The source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said that "the convoy was accompanied by a security company called Kingdom of Peacock."
Back in May, it was reported that the notorious US mercenary firm Blackwater has returned to Iraq, and is training defeated Daesh terrorists at the Ayn al-Asad airbase.
