I used to live in that area a couple of years ago. Blacks infest the entire place, the rail system runs right through downtown, and it connects right to the blackest ghettos in the city. So there are always drugged out blacks and other ethnicities on the train. This also isn't just about the Somalis that have come in recent years either. There is a large community of blacks that came north during the reconstruction era, and the Hmong people from Laos.
They turned that beautiful city into just another colony of the places they came from. complete with mosques and fried chicken.
