Meaningless work, wasting time and all of that, yeah true. Start to compensate by reading books, educating yourself, building useful and well paid skills and all of that. Daddy is not going to do this for you

Its probably is a huge culture shock for foreigners when they come to America and see all the strip malls we have.

I actually think suburbs and strip malls are comfy too be honest. Especially on quite spring days when you can hear the mourning doves out in the distance. Maybe it's a nostalgia thing

Culture shock? Retarded leftist foreigners on Reddit literally share pictures of American stripmalls as proof of some hyper-capitalist decay when strip mals have literally been a thing since the 1950s
Parker Wright
I'm in a town with an older core and a modern suburb all fairly close and I'd rather go walk downtown than go to the strip malls. Even if the mom and pops are more expensive it's far more aesthetic and beautiful and calming

I don't get your problem OP, are you saying having options of different places to shop is somehow a bad thing? Did you grow up in the Soviet Union?
Jack Anderson
I agree, it's a different kind of nostalgia though. Obviously nobody goes to strip malls to "hang out" but for me it just reminds me of the old holiday rushes f Christmas and Halloween. It sounds silly and almost superficial but whatever.

My advice OP is think of your self as a rat in a sewer. There is a way out your just not at it right now. Work towards that way out with school or a job, if you get shit on don't sperg out, just remember you are in a sewer, just keep going.
From time to time lay back and watch it come crumbling down, you are watching a fire in slow motion. You get to live as the western world crumbles around you, avoid the falling debris and appreciate it for what it is. Enjoy it on early mornings or late nights. Be comfy in your shitty apartment from time to time, feeling like a neet, just remember you have to keep going.
At the end of it all know ware you are and keep going, if you don't put on boomer goggles and think (((Trump))) will fix everything you will be okay. Bob and weave to the beat of the drum and break from the rest when your goal is in sight. You will reach the out flow pipe, you will feel the cool breeze, you just have to keep going.

we've been in decay since the 50s

I live in a pretty rural area so this isnt a problem for me.

Amen, bide your time, achieve your goals and be the best you possibly can be. One can only be the change he wants to see before he can change the world. There is light at the end of the tunnel but you must be determined to reach that yourself.

Take the mountain pill. I will never move back to the city, I don’t even have electricity here.

you can be happy everywhere if you have a girlfriend (or a boyfriend if you are a female)

Maybe if you werent a homeless faggot living in a parking lot life wouldnt feel like hell.

unnecessarily paternalistic and unrelated, worth a "fuck you"
This, OP. You might be like me, who gets borderline depressed whenever i have to spend time away from the sea, open countryside or green in general.
Makes night and day in terms of quality of life, consider moving.
