I've also seen travel videos of Spain and Portugal and some soccer videos of different Spanish teams. And I can't help but feel that their cities and people felt very European.
I've also learn in my research that Spain and Portugal has a large minority of Gypsies in their countries. They're called Gitanos and they look pretty darn brown and could pass as North Africans. They're mostly found in the South in places like Andalusia. I think the Gypsie in those countries might explain why some people think of Iberians as darker then they actually are. It could also explain why even the Spanish themselves think of Andalusians as somehow more darker and North African than they actually are.
It remind me of Romanians being confused for Roma Gypsies outside of Romanian.

Its not just people in Pol. Even some of my college professors repeat the same thing and exaggerate the genetic influence of North Africans in Spain and Portugal.
I think thats true for North Africans. Its the reverse for Southern Europeans. All my research has come to this conclusion. There's some kernal of truth but its extremely exaggerated by non-Whites, Jews, and Nordicists.
