Yeah, that's not wrong, but it's also not right either. The problem is that putting yourself in a situation where you could in theory have sexually harassed a woman is too much of a risk. It's just not worth it. It's not that I don't understand what does and does not constitute sexual harassment. I do; I get the same HR training as everyone else. But in addition to not actually sexually harassing women I also ensure that I have an ironclad alibi and can guarantee that any false accusations can easily be proven to be false. I keep my interactions limited to what is necessary and professional so as to minimize the surface area of attack. No one will believe you if you say I harassed you if the only non-work related conversations I have had with you consist entirely of "Good morning." and "Have a good evening." and there are a dozen people who can attest to that.

I used to hate that my office has cameras all over it, but now I'm kinda glad.
