That poll sample is 49% Democrats, 39% Republicans and 12% independents. In addition the "independents" sampled are twice as Democratic-leaning as Republican-leaning based on which primary they're voting in.
Meanwhile Obama's peak in 2008 when everyone hated Republicans was only +7 D
In 2016 it was only +3 D and that was with California turning out in large numbers to ree about it being her turn

This will be a huge political problem for Trump, notwithstanding what the Obama administration and its supporters did to Trump.
Adam Schiff will undoubtedly start hearings, and it will go on and on. It's an unforced error on Trump.
The question is what effect this will have on voters who are not core Trump supporters. Trump needs moderate Republicans, independents and disaffected Dems to win. If he leaned on the Ukrainian government to do his opposition research on Biden, some of those voters may defect to whomever the Dems nominate or stay home. In a close race, that could make the difference.
