A federal job guarantee is one of the best solutions to involuntary homelessness. It's practically impossible to get a job once you're homeless, unless it's a job from a state-sponsored program. A lot of states and cities already have programs to try to help reintegrate homeless people, but the crisis has become so large that this needs to be a federal effort.
