1: all the people comitting crimes are a small group of individuals. By locking those few individuals up and keeping them locked up has driven down the crime rate. So we basically locked up all the niggers.
2: Minorities don't engage with police. So while actual crime rates are increasing, the number of reported (and thus recorded crimes) are decreasing.
3: As police funding declines, their ability to respond to crime decreases. More minorities plus less funding/staffing means more crimes are going uninvestigated, and thus not a part of the official crime rate.
4: As point 3 worsens, the faith that the police can resolve crimes and protect people decreases even further, then leading to White people (who do engage with police) not bothering to report crimes because it ends up being a waste of time.
5: Diversity quotas put niggers and other filth in police positions, which means far lower competence of police in investigating/resolving crimes, further worsening point 4.

And those are just off the top of my head. The Hamburg(I think it was hamburg? might've been a different German city) police commissioner a few years ago was caught on audio recording telling her officers to not log the less serious migrant crimes for the same of political ideology. The official government statistics are meaningless at this point.
