Rabbi looks to be wearing a plastic glove with only a hallow index finger attached, holes elsewhere are where his other fingers stick out. Question would be weather or not he has a real index finger underneath the plastic one. And if it not, how long ago did he lose his finger? Not likely he lost it in the shooting since he didn't hold it as he was running (pic related), and he was later waving his hand around carelessly, and using it roughly in a way that would have been too painful and swollen.
