Unless it happens organically and naturally, it just brings division and isolation. People can’t be forced to change their in group preference. Chinese will gravitate towards Chinese communities, Italians towards their own neighbourhoods and whites overwhelmingly move away from diverse neighborhoods. There’s nothing wrong with it, but one group shouldn’t be forced to share resources and land with a foreign group of people without at least being consulted.

I don't think any first world country values hard work, at least not as much as it used to long ago. There was a time when hard work was at the corner of what made a man or a woman great; when labor was romanticized. Nobody wants to work hard anymore, they just want things for free. They want to be given recognition, they want to be given respect, they want to be given money and so on. All Americans care about now is distracting themselves with meaningless entertainment until they die in mediocrity. Being American is supposed to be about having the opportunity to apply yourself for success and so many people here take that for granted when others raised on hardship will thrive.
