PIA (private internet access) is a good one, its not banned from 4chin barring the odd IP and they have held against courts trying to get them to turn over data successfully multiple because they don't keep any logs.

I've been using SurfShark for about a month now and it's got good speeds and their client good features like split tunneling. I picked them because they have a deal 2 year plan for $50 USD right now. It seems like it's a fairly new company so they are going out of their way to stand out and attract customers.

Other than that the only other company i would recommend is Astrill. I used them for years before they became more expensive ($100 for a year) and the servers were so fast I never dipped below my 100/100 connection. I torrented terabytes of data monthly using them.
