Supposedly, the flood, instant freezing, and the pole shift all correlate to the Sun and the shedding process it goes through every 12k yrs or so. The document basically explains all that I have stated here except they believe that the Earth's Crust shifts entirely. This also would create severe climate shifts and massive tidal waves. Either way, it happens when the pole shift happens.

While there is not 100% conclusive evidence to state that a flood did happen, there is enough of scientific data, and satellite evidence to confidently say that one did occur. Scientists at least know that the ice sheets melted rapidly, and brought the sea level up by a minimal of 300ft, but we cannot say that this is the reason for the "flood", although it may be.

It has to do with differences in electrical charge. For example comets and asteroids are the same exact objects, but one has an eccentric orbit while the other has a circular orbit. The one with the eccentric orbit gathers negative charge at its farthest position from the sun and when it comes swinging back it discharges this negative charge in favor of the positive charge from the sun resulting in a glow mode plasma phenomena where elemental transmutation takes place on the surface leaving traces of what appears to be water to spectrographs.
