Dude we have one nurse for 60 patients in Poland right now, and the avarge age of nurses is end 50s, every younger nurse, and all nurses and doctors that finish med school go straight to germany. they don't even work a year in Poland.
It is impossible to get a nurse or care for old parents or sick family here, unless you pay the rates like in germany and give them free days off and a cell phone, so they can call home. You can of course hire an ukrainian, but you never know if they are a real nurse, or just have forged papers, and they always beat the old polish people.
