Unless I'm getting an x-ray or something similar I'm always carrying at a doctor's office. The only time I will respect a gun free zone is when there are metal detectors and posted armed security.

He was guiding a tour of rich Chinese and was (legally) carrying for bear/wolf protection. He thinks one of the Chinese staff reported him; they had a passionate discussion regarding Maoism/communism earlier that day.
