Browning/Remington 270 w/ a redfield 4x scope that hasn't been sighted in since Nixon was president.

Winchester 94 in .30-30. Any other answer is objectively incorrect.

Mini 14 or mini 30

Ruger 10/22

Fuck your rules

Literally a 10/22 you would never need any other type of gun for any farm related habbening unless you raise ostriches in Africa and you have to defend them from lions or some shit

RK62s (s=civilian or semiauto), I think. It doesn't jump around like AKs do while shooting the same round. It also kills any bear or elk if necessary, from 0 to 300 meters easy.

>10/22 that never gets cleaned
>bolt action 22 that never gets cleaned
>bolt action in .30-30/.30-06/some old ass round

>farm gun
>AK
maybe any other country, but not in the US you retard

why would a farmer need a gun?

Really? I have heard Montana and Alaska people really like AKs as truck guns.

RK62s is my choice because I have one.

This, comrade. In ians world the state protects his farm, that is of course because the state owns his farm, but still. No need for civillian gun ownership in ians communist fantasy.

Yeah, its not like we have (mountain) lions in the US.

>It also kills any bear or elk if necessary, from 0 to 300 meters easy.

what a load of shit

My neighbor shot a cougar in his back yard Fri. night; he used a 30-06

bingo

Fill it up on Sunday, and shoot all week

22 lr isnt very effective against skunks, badgers and porcupines at night in the dark and only is effective against coyotes if you call them close (50 yards). 12ga with heavy bird loads (4's 2's or BB;s) or #4 buck is better.

.357 Mag levergun

>My neighbor shot a cougar in his back yard Fri. night

My experience has been, if you buy them a couple of drinks you can get them to come inside.

Odd, my experience has been that if you buy them a couple drinks you can come inside them.

Mini 14 ranch rifle is the perfect incarnation of the appearance that a farm rifle should have.

As someone who stared into the eyes of a mountain lion from about 30 ft away in my front yard in Kansas as a child, I can confirm there are definitely no mountain lions here. No sir, .22 would have kept me safe against that not-a-mountain lion.

Probably a .357 levergun.
>38 for smol shit
>357 for big shit
>Compatible with a sidearm with snake shot

Like a saddle lever gat in .357/.44 prolly, or a mini14 lol

Moron? What is wrong with a fully automatic .50 caliber machine gun? Or an 84mm recoilless rifle? You don't see the need (or carnal desire) for towed artillery? Did you not read "BIG farm"?

Seriously though there is literally nothing wrong with having an AR platform for use on a farm. Lightweight, versatile, markets huge, accurate, cheap and come in a wide range of flavors. Ideal for a "one gun" solution if you ask me and considering your question is pretty open to preference that's mine. The only downside is the oppressed in some states and countries need not apply.

If you weren't such a fag though you'd have asked for a top three cause you can get fucked if I'd only be driving around with one gun on a farm out here. For that I'd have a stainless Marlin 60, old all steel Wingmaster with a full choke on the side and an AR10 in 6.5 Creedmoor.

spotted the fudd

Female Fudd 12 gauge shotgun, Young Fudd M16. Middle Fudd 7mm Rem Mag, Old Fudd 30-30 Winchester, Fucking Old Fudd same 30-30 winchester.

Surprised he isn't holding a fucking French made 10/22 or .22

I love how he states in the MAT 1938 video the round is underpowered, then buys the fucking thing. HE SOLD THE FUCKING VICKERS FOR THAT POS

>what's the ultimate farm gun?
A model 1873 and a Redhawk in .357,
A model 1886 and a BFR in 45/70
A Model 1894 and a Super Redhawk in .44 mag.
Or any mix thereov.

>A?
I have no idea I was too drunk earlier
>B
He was trying to sell me different chambered ammo.

>I love how he states in the MAT 1938 video the round is underpowered, then buys the fucking thing
