That's the new BCM upper for the barrel. Sold my entire PSA upper a few days ago. The upper came with a card saying it'll be "fuckin' tight" around the barrel extension so I'm hoping the aeroshell helps with that. And yeah, it has an XM cap which are fairly sought after since dual switch endcaps are bae and they look cool. They are standard on old SFs afaik but 99% of surefire caps are cross compatible so you can put that on almost any SF light you come across
