Soak that nigga's bolt in WD40 for an hour. Like literally bathing in it. Or submerge that shit in some boiling water for a minute or two, break it down, spray parts with a healthy dose WD40 it, and then clean it up. Whichever you do, obviously re-lubricate it once finished. Should be ready for a good cocking then.

In case OP is wondering what might be happening, it sounds like you have residual cosmoline that weaseled its way into your bolt, making it harder to cycle. I have found the above steps to work quite well for removing it from metal parts. Being I am impatient I opt for the 2nd method.

Mine was stiffening before the CLP. Out of curiosity I would say try brushing out the locking lug slots in the receiver and see what that does.

Combination of too much lube and likely a bunch of cosmoline/fouling coming up. Wipe it down again and use less next time.

All this. WD-40 melts right through cosmoline. The bolt/chamber areas are usually the hardest to clean so it's common to have a gun with residual cosmoline there. Do the bolt like user mentioned and make sure to hit the chamber too. CLP after you get it all off

Put it in a vice and hit it with a sledgehammer. Usually works for me.
