50/50 could be either Mexico or Brazil
Matthew Barnes
Seriously? Probably Mexico:
>largest industrial base
>logistics that aren't reliant on truck drivers
>copies of imported weaponry
>an actual air force
>Mexicans hate everything to the south of them and have no problem committing genocide in return for land grants
No other latam country comes close to Mexico.
Jack Collins
chile would put up one hell of a fight, but would probably succumb under waves and waves of hues who are already combat proficient due to years of gang violence

how good would Mexican troops last in Jungles though
Mason Jackson
That guy who runs bestgore.
Jack King
jungles can't be a problem if you naplam them from a mile away using a howitzer. The same tactic works on villages with chemical weapons, as the Mexican army discovered in the 1920s.
Jonathan Taylor

Southern Mexico is jungles
Dylan Baker
Same reason Israel pulls the strings in all of America's wars
Eli Gray
China buys a shit ton of iron ore and onions from Brazil.
And I guess they would like to extend their influence there.
Carter Hill
Investment/large Chinese disporia. Basically the same reason the US got involved in similar wars in the Twentieth Century, i.e. the Mexican Revolution.

The OP you responded to initially. China is getting heavily invested in the third world at this point because of the need for raw materials and South America is included. Certainly not out of the realm of imagination that they would pick a side and start supplying weapons and training. Maybe boots on the ground to secure raw materials. US has a tendency to send its own troops to a proxy war to fight instead of simply supplying the other side. Plus whatever everybody else said.
Kevin Edwards
Mexico has no air force. They have fucking propeller planes they use for bombing drug cartels.
Argentina or Brazil would win due to actually having modern shit.
Nathaniel Russell
Uruguay.
Cooper Jackson
Isn't all out war the natural permanent condition of Latin America?
Tyler Brown
