Like I said earlier in thread. Almost all ammo has some degree of reports of issues. Sometimes it is a problem with the gun. Sometimes it is the ammo. The bottom line is that with the millions of rounds being produced, purchased, and fired through a population of consumers it is very hard to establish a statistical and scientific analysis that would let you say with a high degree of confidence hey yeah, this ammo is shit. Okay sure you troll the forums and see more reports of dudes with issues with one brand vs. another, but for all you know that is simply because that first brand is selling more than the other, but really between the two brands the ammo quality is about the same.
Wolf Gold has been anecdotally shown to blow shit up. Some fudds swear by fed, but you're having issues, IMI has all sorts of reports of issues, but then also reports of good batches.

I like my MBT's break and take up. Reset leaves something to be desired which is why it probably isn't an optimal blaster trigger.

I didn't like the height over bore of the 16s, the limited rail space from factory and if i wanted to make it better it would have cost me even more.

To me, even at $2k, it just wasn't enough. Maybe its because im just so used to ARs that I couldn't assimilate to it. That and i don't trust my life to a SCAR, so that was the final straw and it got sold.

It does not appear that way, you are retarded. The spring coils turn from the bottom and rest on the trigger pin. The imi is firing without problem the federal is having issues.

my lgs doesn't have a great variety to select from in .308, but i've got some federal gold medal sierra matchking and some sig elite performance otm, both 168gr.
i also bought a box of some 150gr. norma tac-308 since the jackass behind the counter wouldn't shut the fuck up about it's all he uses and i gotta try it. i figure since the picking's slim, the variety won't hurt. besides, i'll probably just use the norma shit for the barrel break-in, and zeroing, so i can save the match stuff for grouping.

A2 claims that what I really want in a rifle is a 16S but I feel like I would have a similar experience to what you have had. I want AR ergos. Straight AR ergos, albeit with control upgrades (full featured ambi with right hand bolt hold open) and maybe a little mag well flare.

I want to try a pretty wide variety between 175 grain and 150 grain. Just need to find a local range preferably indoor that goes out to 100m and that has a sled I can utilize.
I got 3MOA with Malaysian surplus resting off of a roll of duct tape and the shittiest mil spec trigger I've ever felt a while back, so I'm hopeful. I'll be ecstatic if it is sub MOA, considering that the build sans optic and mounts was like $1400.
