just looks like an oversized Vector with future bits slapped on.

>.50 CAL SMG WITH UNDERBARREL VECTOR

The golden question is :
"For what?"

If it's a vector type mechanism, the barrel attaches to the receiver behind the magazine. I don't think it will cycle.

Looks like his retarded helmet is clipping through the stock. Which points out the very real problem of how you get a proper cheek wield on a gun when you have a bunch of stupid future shit on your face.

Also, am I looking at a hole through the gun at the base of the barrel? It looks like it matches the blue color of the uniform of the other guy behind the gun. I can't tell if the gun really has a hole all the way through or if it is just an optical illusion.

>Worlds shortest barrel, the muzzle break is literally the chamber
>Exposed bolt for no reason
>Hollow plastic in front of trigger, probably meant to represent a kriss style except the bolt is totally visible so no
>Inline stock used with full face helmet
I mean, its probably a railgun or some shit, but viewed under the pretense that its a conventional firearms its shit.

Why do you need cheekweld in the first place if you've got future shit on your face? Just project the sight picture or the POI on your HMD

The big mag is clearly for an underbarrel attachment. Take a closer look. The real problem is that where I assume the actual magazine is located - in front of the trigger guard - the barrel is still going. It attaches to the receiver behind the shooter's hand.

It doesn't seem like a good idea to have those top ports of the muzzle brake vent straight into the bottom of the optic like that. It's only going to cancel out the effect of the top ports on the brake so there is still muzzle rise while subjecting the optic to a lot of stress and making it dirty.

If I place a tactical flashlight where the muzzle brake/flash hider can vent on it the lens is almost totally black after like 200 rounds.

True, but then why does he have the gun up to his face like that?

If they have that capability they should use cover as much as possible and only stick the gun out of cover.

>The big mag is clearly for an underbarrel attachment. Take a closer look.
I dont see any basis for that. the red bit just looks like a generic opening, not a second barrel.
>The real problem is that where I assume the actual magazine is located - in front of the trigger guard - the barrel is still going.
No protruding mag, so while you may be right, I dont see any reliable reason to assume it actually IS a vector with an underbarrel just purely on whats visible.

50 BMG caseless pistol.

Is it possible that it's a some sort of less lethal launcher? It seems to be either that or an airburst grenade launcher if the controls around the trigger are there for a reason and I know there have been some more recent less lethal options where being able to adjust the velocity depending on the range to the target was a selling point. Also, given that they're in close quarters and the other people are armed with pistols, the gun being some sort of less lethal launcher seem more likely.

#1 Bullet feeds up into chamber
#2 Bolt goes back into buffer (which you can see)
#3 Bullet goes out 4in barrel

Heck of a shotgun desu

Maybe its some kinda Gyrojet style gun.
The people who've seen gameplay said that there are guns that can track people and fire guided rounds at them around corners and stuff.

Another game with auto aim
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

It's possible. I'm hoping the gun will make sense in-action because they did apparently hire weapon specialists for the game. But who knows.

>because they did apparently hire weapon specialists for the game.
Source for that?

Tbqh my assumption is that it has either a small magazine being covered by what would be the magwell on the red Kriss vector ripoff part, or a magazine akin to the halo SMG on a he otherside to feed the main firearm, and the red Kris’s vector SMG is some kind of UBAR shotgun.
