I got mine off gunbroker and had it sent to their store, despite their transfer fee being 50 dollars and the compliancing, I still came out like 100 dollars cheaper than what they were charging for the rifle. Just buy on gunbroker, don't pay targetsports prices. They were just the only gunsmith near me, I couldn't find another licensed smith anywhere.

NY Shooter Supply on Central Ave in Colonie actually has some good prices on used guns, tons of good condition rifles. They don't sell much for AR's anymore but they have tons of accessories and rifles and pistols
