I’m considering buying one and putting it in a tacticool frame like the ZK22 or something. To plink and because SHALL

I put tech sights on mine and a flash hider and a heat shield and called it a day. The wood stock is 2cute to get rid of
Get an AR7 or 795
I like the extended mags, but I get stove pipes a lot.
Still love it just for fun.
Don't get an AR-7 unless you happen to really like the AR-7.
t. AR-7 owner.
Just bought a heavy barrel Target 10/22. Need to zero her next weekend
They are the pinnacle of. 22 plinking
My first gun was a 10/22
Bought a "10/22 take down lite" some months ago, really cool gun. Fits in my backpack. No iron sights is the only down side, but its light as a feather.
how is zero after take down?
No problems at the distance i'm shooting at. The scope is a bit overkill, but its the only one I got at the moment.
Go ahead and waste your money. You could get a .22 version of your favorite gun, but you're going to waste it on a gay ranch style jam-o-matic. Meanwhile I'll be plinking with my "mp5" making all the noobs at the range who think it's real jealous.
SSG tactical did have a .22 lr stg 44...should’ve gotten it, but it’s still there if the larders want a good plinker. Good luck getting spare mags
Okay. AR7 is disgusting. And y’all missed my point here. I wanna gun to bubba, I wanna drop that shit in a Bullpup frame and throw a cheap Walmart reddot and laser on that bitch and shoot tin cans and bunny’s.
Then get a 10/22. There isn't an aftermarket that comes close to it.
10/22 and a 15/22.
I prefer the 15/22, it’s lighter and easier to clean.
Both fun rifles, though.
>wood stock takedown
Want
I think it's a dicks exclusive and I got it there before they were evil but I'm sure you can find it on GB or get lucky on your local AL.
You can like more than one thing, insufferable douchebag.
Get one. It got my wife and two of her friends into shooting.
I have 2.
Mossberg 702 is a good 10/22 replacement for that semi auto .22 itch , only like 130$ and mossberg makes 10 rounders and 25 round mags for it. The aftermarket is so-so definitely not as good as 10/22 aftermarket.
I may be biased because it’s the first gun I ever bought when I was 18 years old, but I’ve put around 10-12k rounds through mine and still runs great.
