There's only a few topics to larp. Search and Destroy/ Search and Rescue pretty much covers most of it. You could recon but that's 2 team shit and finding 4 good people to larp with is hard enough.

Depends what we are doing for the day
Some basic warm ups consist of: going from low ready to choot and down as quick as possible, reload practice and some box drills.
Then we will set courses of fire that will involve running from point to point and engaging targets at various ranges and reloading/performing tasks while doing so.
Then we usually wrap up with some team based movements involving reaction to contact, peels, mock patrol,etc.
Also just hiking around and taking 500m shots while enjoying nature

I help with the local 2gun that attempts to create stages that are oriented at making you think and test out equipment.
Like in this stage, your equipment was placed in the bags on 4 barrels with a target at 10 yards in front of each one. Shooter must collect all equipment before firing, each target required two rifle and two pistol shots. After first 4 were engaged, shooter advances to middle barrels, and engage 2 downrange paper targets, again 2 rifle, two pistol. Finally, still from center cover, shooter gets 1 shot of each type at two steel plates.
Well, that and I take classes from a variety of instructors.

Daniel Defense is absolutely mid level. That's hard to believe for some people because the market is inundated with really shit-tier ARs. I'm reconsidering the "ARs are super cheap" meme, I think they are super common but a good AR is still on average going to run $1000 for one worth a fuck. The market being flooded with $450 sub-par rifles makes people believe that a Daniel Defense is some crazy shit, and makes people wonder what the fuck Knights Armament or Hodge is at all, which sucks for those dudes imo.

i used to be 374. 1600kcal a day is working. ill get to 215 eventually.
5 pull ups at 268lbs is harder than pushups. i can bench above bodyweight(1 rep max 295) so pushups are wayyyyy easier
