I fucking love Tommbstone (literally just watched it half an hour ago) but Wyatt Earp was a gun-grabbing faggot so should it really be on the list?
I was going to be really angry until I saw Where Eagles Dare. What a fucking fantastic movie. Clint Eastwood is great
Apocalypse Now, Full Metal Jacket, Dr. Strangelove, and The Big Red One, the Hurt Locker, and Jarhead are good ones I've seen again lately
I was pleasantly surprised with Siege of Jadotsville. I'd like a full on film taking place in Rhodesia, though.
I noticed The Big Red One is not on the list, it an old black and white, with a few color scenes, war epic about the fighting first on the western front. I watched it on lsd so my opinion probably isn't great but I thought it was awesome
>gladiator is absent
>troy Is not
Plebian list OP
SciFi/Fantasy - Battle: Los Angeles and Dredd.
Middle East - 13 Hours
Miscellaneous - Standoff at Sparrow Creek (ironically probably the most accurately Jow Forums movie of all time), The Expendables, John Wick
Asia Other - Mile 22, Operation Red Sea
Latin America Other - Sicario, Sicario 2
Crime - Miami Vice (2006), Den of Thieves, The Substitute (1996), Leon The Professional, Sinners and Saints
Cold War - 6 Days
Western - Diablo (2015)
Commando needs to be on the list somewhere, it's the definition of peak '80s Jow Forumsino.
This.
The tiger tank scene was fucking retarded
Dunkirk
For Cold War / espionage i'd also recommend Munich and The Fourth Protocol (book better than film but film still good if you pay attention)
Some good brit films:
'Eye in the Sky' is a film about drone strikes and the stress of intel gathering on the ground / drone operators and ineptitude of political approval.
Also Kajaki is a good true story of IED's in Afghanistan.
'71 is a dark and at times brutal film about a soldier separated from his unit in Belfast during the troubles. an urban version of behind enemy lines.
I vote pic related, it's basically just chang propaganda but there's something satisfying about watching hadjis get rekt.
Captain Philips is very Jow Forums related
Somali pirates getting BTFO by SEAL's
Braveheart is so inaccurate it makes me cringe. Not saying its a bad movie but don't believe a minute of it.
The Unknown Soldier. The new one. It's pure unfiltered Jow Forumsino.
I've heard there are several different subtitle tracks available. Where do I find the best one?
71 is fake and gay.
>movies have to be based on real events to be realistic
Small ass print. John Wick movies if not on there. Tom Cruise movies.
Kek.
Munich is \k\ino.
Maybe is missed it, but I didnt see The Beast
Definitely Commando, with Schwarzneggar.
Peak of 80's ultra violent.
Sand Pebbles. Sniper 1-20. Cobra. Equalizer. Dirty Harry movies.
John Wick
Definitely.

The quick and the dead.
It's just so hilariously shitty that it's almost great again.
I'd say "War Fighter" is missing from the list, good flick. Give it a watch, tho I only got the German translation

Absolutely agree. It started my safari LARPing fascination.
Also think that at least one Death Wish movie should be on the list, as well as Death Hunt with Charles Bronson.
Alien Nation (1988) is Jow Forums as fuck, especially the 454 Casull vs. bulletproof vest scene.
Dirty Dozen?????
checked to see if Dark of the Sun an Wild Geese were on there and they were. nice job
I used these and had no problems.

Is there any movie or documentary about the troubles from the loyalist side or at the very least a neutral approach?
