As a veteran of Mechanized Infantry back when we used 113s. The secret to conquering these is... simply knock on the rear door. Someone will open it and you can F/A/ into it or toss a frag, etc.

People vastly overestimate the effectiveness of armor on armored vehicles like this. Against the average dude with a pistol, shotgun, or battle rifle these are perfectly fine but once you go above .50 you can turn them into Swiss cheese.
Or you could be redpilled, understand they have next to no armor on the belly and just put a mine down for the fucker. Even if you fuck up the explosive it's going to most likely blow a track off and immoblize the carrier. Now they are bogged down trying to figure out how to get their people out of the carrier, their advance will be slowed because they can't assume that's the only explosive device you have, etc.

Basically a ghetto ass IED will be more "effective" for what you have in mind even if it doesn't hurt a single person inside.

Take a look at how ANFO and similar binaries (including tannerite) propagate. There is an upper limit to how much can be set off from a single initiation point. Exceed that amount and you'll either need a true high explosive booster, or multiple near simultaneous ignition points (such as a chain of blasting caps).

Also, without either a source of fragmentation or a penetrator, a trashcan full of tannerite is unlikely to do much to it, the crew is reasonably well protected from overpressure and a detonation to the side is unlikely to flip it.
