I-1639 Washingcuck thread

Newly 18 and looking for a fresh first buy, was going to go for a 10/22 but it's an assault weapon now. Looking for something with a quick rate of fire for plinking. Any suggestions??

Winchester Lightning or reproduction pump action .22lr.

Not recomnding that you buy an AR15 and say fuck the law, but............

pump 22 is good. If you don't have a lot of shekels, a henry .22 lever is fantastic. the Marlin 39a is the absolute top tier .22 rifle you can buy. maybe consider a marlin model 60, it's one of the best .22lr rifles out of the box you can buy, and walmart sells a stainless model with a scope for like 190 bucks. Shit is cash.

Oh, and check out an old Nylon 66, it's a fun plinker and a collectable. You'll get plenty of compliments from boomers at the range as well.

Any tips on how one would theoretically go about that?

>80 percent receivers
>get someone to yeet you a stripped receiver
>go out of state and buy a complete AR
>go to a pawn shop and find a complete AR

80% lower, parts kits, cash purchases from out of state gun shows. Do your own fucking homework.

I heard in some areas that are not complying with this bullshit were able to buy an AR.

It was in Lynnwood. Their lawyers basically said they could potentially lose their license if they went through with non-compliance, so they complied.

If you're looking to stay within the bounds of the law, then an 80% or a bona fide gift from a family member are your only options.

Even going to another state to buy is in a grey area right now. Here's what the ATF says.
>In addition, a licensee may sell a rifle or shotgun to a person who is not a resident of the State where the licensee’s business premises is located in an over–the–counter transaction, provided the transaction complies with State law in the State where the licensee is located and in the State where the purchaser resides.

atf.gov/firearms/qa/may-licensee-sell-firearm-nonlicensee-who-resident-another-state

Key words there being "complies with state law" and "in the state where the purchaser resides".

10 hi points

The Marlin 795 and Remington 597 both have 'stendo magazines.
If you're handy, a 3D printer and a 10-22 parts kit do quite nicely

That passed? Jesus Christ, I need to get out of this fucking state.

Are they demanding you destroy, sell or turn in your old weapons? If not, then just buy an AR and say "you bought it years ago."

That'll be an issue when he goes to do a background check at the FFL for the AR. They'll see under 21 and will most likely deny him.

Not OP, but I want to know more
>provided the transaction complies with State law in the State where the licensee is located and in the State where the purchaser resides.
So, people who live in free states can buy a long arm in a state they don't live in? I think my state says I can't do that. Or if they don't, I don't quite remember but it's the cunty kind of thing they would do, would this mean I could buy something like a pump action shotgun or lever rifle, but if my state says no salt weppunz, the dealer will not sell me an AR or something? Or does "complies with transaction in the buyers state" mean a gun shop in another state must verify I have a valid firearms license from my state, and add on a ten day waiting period which they would not do for a resident in order to satisfy the laws in my state, as well as only selling me things that are legal in my state?

Meant for

The seller will verify what your current residence address is, as is required on your 4473.

IANAL, but the interpretation that the seller will only sell things allowed in your state is not out of reason. The only thing the ATF requires is that the transaction complies with your state law.

i.e. living in New York and trying to buy an uncucked AK in another state would be a no-no, but buying an AK from NH that complies with NY law seems like it'd be okay.

Drive to Idaho or Oregon and buy it there
(This is technically illegal don't do this)
((Almost all FFL's don't know/care about complying with a heavily ignored and unconstitutional gun law))
(((jews)))

Do an 80% receiver, it's legal to build

Looked it up, my states laws on this are dumb but I technically can buy a long arm out of State. However, I buy it out of state, it must comply with my state's laws- and then it's shipped to an FFL in my state, so that there's still a ten day waiting period and I need a valid gun license. Technically, I can buy it, but it's complicated and expensive, so unless there's a serious deal on something, it's pointless.

NYS?
Marlin 60. Or any similar semiauto with tubular permanently attached mag. Either under barrel or inside its stock.

OP was looking for 22.
The only two options of 80% in 22 are
(1) Poly 80 lower + upper in 22, which is illegal in his state
(2) 80% 10/22 which is also illegal in his state.

>that pic
I fixed it for you.

Which store did that?

The law doesnt even go into effect until July for fucks sake. He can buy anything he wants until then.

Private sale then.

The part preventing sales of semi-auto rifles to persons under the age of 21 went into effect back in January.

>no, what you've heard about that being invalidated on a technically is wrong

Private sales in Washington must go through an FFL.

[Super secret spoiler post/] Armslist .com Reno, NV [/Super secret spoiler post]

where you at in this faggot state, senpai? I like arming people.

save your money and move out of state

Pic related could never happen. Remember, antis always say that the 2nd amendment applies only to muzzleloaders so confiscation would stop there.

Marlin model 60?

Ceratac parts kit and a good drill press

Is it still a semi-auto if it has a plugged gas block or missing the piston?

mini14/30 if youre looking for the closest non ban weapon. its over priced but works well. An sks is the same deal cheaper, but used. Pistol calibur lever gats are fun too but if youre in california the new laws prevent you from buying pistol calibur ammo. Reloading gets you past that though.

imagine being this autistic

Ah well. At least the magazine capacity bill didn't make it. Still OK to toss dwarfs too.

>promulgating the boomer meme of national socialism imposing stricter gun control on its people
>swastika is mirrored
faggot.

nigger

Also in Washington. Is it illegal to put a stock on a 590 memewave? To my understanding, SBSs are illegal, but the memewave is considered not a shotgun because of the handle. Ergo, if you replace it with a normal stock it would become illegal? Is this correct?

> Go outside the state
> Buy an arsenal
> Scratch the serials off all of your guns
> Bury them in 1-3 locations
> Get traced
> "Sorry officer, I destroyed all those guns per ATF recommendation because I'm super anti-gun"
> Bugaloo
> Go dig up the 10 Hi-points you buried and distribute them to your friends
> Start revolution
> Win
> You are the new founding father

I'm in the exact same situation as you. Just head to a county where they aren't enforcing it, like Yakima, or head to oregon.
Private sales require background checks through gun stores here.

There are some FFLs that aren't complying yet.

My friend is an FFL up in Bellevue. Charges $15 a transfer for long guns. A bunch of my under-21 friends have bought semi-autos from him too.

Yep. It would become an SBS.

Can't do an 80 lower? If not a semiauto shotgun like a Mossberg 930 would be my go to

What's the FFL called? I'm not OP, but I'm planning on buying a 10/22 or SKS when I get the cash. I was originally planning on going to Yakima, but Bellevue is probably closer.

That's the one good thing about ban states going crazy. Now it's just a matter of time till Marlin 60 (and friends) get the same 80% and aftermarket support as 10/22s have enjoyed the last decade+.

I don't know his state laws, but there's 80% kits for Glock, Sig, and 1911 pistols, and .22LR uppers available for all three. Sounds like he's really looking for a rifle, but pistols can be fun plinkers too.

There's also the Ruger Standard pistols -- not 80%, but it's just about as easy to make that upper from a length of DOM tubing as milling out an AR-15 lower in the old days before you had all these jigs.

Finally, while it's not really an "80%", cartridge conversion cylinders for cap-and-ball revolvers are even easier, and they have those in .22LR. (Some gunsmithing would be required, but one of these with a 16" barrel and detachable buttstock would actually be a pretty nifty plinker.)

Also, I heard straight-pull ARs (no functioning gas system) were okay. So rigging up something with an automatic bolt catch that has to be manually released for each shot (like the bongs do) might also be okay for either 10/22 or AR. Again, I don't know WA law, so I'm not sure, but it would be worth looking into.

>hey, there's a gun store refusing to comply with unconstitutional law
>let's post their name online so they get shut down!

>I fixed it for you.

Looks like I'll have to visit every FFL in Bellevue until I find one that will sell me a 10/22.

this. remove bagel. remove masons. enjoy liberty.

kill them you tree niggers. kill them all.

kill yourself. you are nothing but a burden on this world.

Come to Oregon, I'll sell you a 10/22

Come down to Oregon and buy one cash.

The ATF would probably consider it one because it can be readily converted back to normal function.

OP's in Washington state, mang. All semi-autos are classified as semi-auto assault weapons after July. Under 21 were prevented from buying semi-autos this January.

Do not replace it with a stock. However, if you wanted to replace it with a brace you'd likely be fine.

I'll second this. I got an old Nylon 66 my dad gave me. It's good enough to keep me from wanting to buy another .22lr plinker, but I do wish it had a detachable mag. Though, the detachable mag is probably why it's considered an "assault weapon" (lol 10/22 an assault weapon? seriously?).

>detachable mag is probably why it's considered an "assault weapon"
Incorrect. It is considered a semi-auto assault rifle in Washington state simply because it is semi-auto. By the law, a Nylon 66 is an assault weapon as well.

ballotpedia.org/Washington_Initiative_1639,_Changes_to_Gun_Ownership_and_Purchase_Requirements_Measure_(2018)

But ATF has nothing to do with it.

What a joke. I'll admit I'm unfamiliar with their laws because I live in a free state, but damn I didn't realize it had gotten that bad out there.

>scratch serials off guns
Nice try ATF. You'd have to be a massive retard to think that would help you in any way.

Incorrect amigo. He can make one, he just cant buy one iirc.

nylon 66s cost a fortune now

gun shows in E Washytun

>just keep running

Yep, as per usual.

>National Socialism is so good guis
Fuck you, nerd. Go larp as a Nazi faggot elsewhere.

Nazis expanded gun rights. But I guess you'd rather have universal suffrage democracy where every woman, nigger, illegal alien, and dead people still on the voter rolls gets to vote and decide to take your guns.

>a guns store publicly claims they won't comply
>mentioning their name on a laotian bushcraft supply forum is going to get them in more trouble!
The absolute state of this retarded faggot is unfathomable.

I mean we technically have a Universal Background Check law here too, dont we?

Attached: 369.gif (422x237, 2.18M)

Idaho and Oregon are right next to you.

I'll sell you an AK

I'm in Seattle

No, dude.

Attached: rydertruck.jpg (480x360, 29K)

Meet me in White Center by the KFC?

get a 80% lower mill it out they make jigs it is idiot resistant
get a bunch of different uppers shipped to your door you can have everything from a 22LR to a 50BMG

10/22 is cheap ammo so that is good, shotguns will give you the most fun at a cheap price because you can trap shoot and cool guns will probably sit at home collecting dust because you're too poor to buy a ton of ammo. congrats on your new freedoms son and good luck

Attached: 1536092905604.jpg (1600x648, 153K)

You need to pay attention more, man.

>Head east until people stop talking like faggots.
>buy gun from private sale
>Head west until you're back in the land of cucks.

>Run
No drive

Building from an 80% is going to be way safer legally and the only real option. Doing interstate shit gets feds involved and that's not a good a idea. Beat bet is to find a gun shop who isn't complying and just buy one, but next best is an 80%.

You should pursue the AR15 option rather than cucking. It's your birthrite to have these firearms and the AR15 is the American's choice of do everything rifle. You should be proud of yourself for not giving in.

80% AR lower friendo. Fuck the man.

Probably Precise Shooter.

Does the state have any way of enforcing the law? Kunt Brown is a virtue signaling dumb fuck, I'll sell the gun to him in downtown Portland if he wants to.

Move.

Alternatively get that retarded pump action Troy AR and then buy another upper.

I think you misunderstand what the uhaul is for.

80% lower, aero upper, anyone asks you owned it before the law went into effect.

Nice try kike
