Best deal you’ve ever gotten?

I just bought a Swiss K31 for $350 at a gun show. This is by far the best deal I’ve ever gotten on a gun, even though I have no ammo for it. I know the price isn’t that great but I’ve wanted one of these forever, and they’re pretty much always $700-$1000 for even just a shooter grade. So what about you Jow Forumsommandos, what’s the best deal you guys have gotten?

I got a Jericho for $250 before the market exploded.

I bought an old coke bottle for a 1$ and its actually worth 100$

$250 for a legit jungle carbine

$500 AES-10B

Type 38 Arisaka with matching dust cover and intact mum in very good condition for 150

One time this guy on Armslist gave me a Yugo SKS, a Remington 870 tactical, ammo, and 100 dollars cash for a basic bitch PSA AR-15. I don't know wtf he was thinking.

Nice! I bought mine for $350 in 2015. Good to see you could get the same deal when the going rate is in the $700s now

Para 1911 for free from a relative. Never fired once

I bought an old bible at a National Security Agency used book fair. Turns out it's kind of rare and worth a hundred times what I paid ($1).

Best gun purchase was a new AR-15 for under $400 from PSA. Will never sell.

Got this Krag for free

Bought a S&W 17-8 10-shot 22lr revolver on gunbroker for $725 when they typically go for $1,000-$1,100. The starting bid was $650 and when it came down to the end, one other person and myself kept playing the 15 min. time rule out. I don't recall exactly how long we milked it out for, but however long it takes to wait till there's 1 min left, bid another $5 and reset the clock for another 15 min. until he finally gave up.

- SVT-40 in "poor" condition for 400. It was missing the rear sling, had the bolt cover clip guide cut, and bore was not great, but considering it's a finn capture with a fin marked magazine, 400 is a fucking steal. The magazine alone is like 150 bucks.
- I would say a Performance Center 4006 shorty forty with six mags for 600 buck also a great deal.
- Daweoo DR200 for 400 also mighty decent.
- Can't beat a hipoint, brand new, for 50 bucks.
-All of the guns I bought at industry prices. I don't remember them all, but the biggest discount was a sp5k for 1600.

But best of all, a glock 40 gen 4 and a glock 34 gen 5 for free because I shilled for them when I worked the gun counter. Hell, I didn't even really shill for them, since I actually helped other people out through out the promo period by running the background checks and making all the points submission, and by the end of it, people I helped who already got their gun gave me their left over points.

AG m/42b for $525, Sako 85 Bavarian NIB .30-06 for $825. More recently a M1936 Mexican Mauser for $199.

Probably when Fleet Farm was selling all their milsurp with heavy discounts on their website. About half the stuff I ordered got cancelled. Apparently a lot of anons here got their entire order cancelled so I guess I was lucky I got anything at all. Got a Flecktarn jacket for about 80 cents, three chinese repro ammo cans for a couple bucks, yugo parka for like $8, and I think a swedish backpack for like $5.

My father in law gave me my ljungman for free. It was in his cellar and he maintains that he has no idea where he got it or what it was.

Model 8 Stripper clip including 5 rounds of .30 Remington on it for $2

Nearly pristine 8 3/8" S&W Model 27-2 made in 1980. I snagged it for $750 while it's value was actually $1100 for the condition it was in.

12 inch 12 gauge shotgun +20 rounds of 00 buck and a box of bear slugs for like $100.

>Sako 85 Bavarian NIB .30-06 for $825

If that's the carbine full-length furniture one, I hate you so very much you magnificent bastard.

Bought a 40 year old Harley-Davidson beer for $1, ended up drinking it.
Bought a sporterized Vz33 for $150. Shoots fine, but still don't know if thats a 'deal' or not.

Probably my Model 34 Brazilian Mauser, with bayonet, for $225.

I have had a few great deals.
>colt 1903 pocket hammerless for 350
>walther ppq q5 match nib for 550
>remington model 11 for 150
>chiang kai shek for ~275
>miroku liberty chief for 75 bucks

but the only one I really care about was my 1920's production marlin 39 I got for 440. These typically sell for 900-1200 depending on condition, but I never want to sell it.

Just barely old enough to buy, so my best deal is a chileno mauser rebarreled in .308 for $250. Not a sporter either.

I hate to do this, but that's a fake. You can tell by the bend in the lever assembly. it was a common deal with the Chinese a few years back.

>$350 k31
>2019
That's a steal. Nice job. I paid $300 for mine a year ago. I guess my best deal was pic related for a ISSC MKII and $150 cash.

Is it an ex-Dragoon? M91/30 were not in production until 10 years after A-H ceased to exist.

I got a Glock 17 with all the bits and 3 magazines for $300

I got pic related (pre-64) for 250$ about a year ago

Attached: Winchester94.jpg (3869x1831, 813K)

The "AZF" mark on the receiver means that that specific part of the rifle was originally part of a rifle that was captured and refurbished by Austria-Hungary in WW1. At some point that original rifle later made its way to Finland (probably as one of 250,000 Mosin rifles that the Finns purchased from various European countries during the 1920s). In 1944 the receiver was then used to build a new rifle using a Finnish-made barrel and other recycled Imperial Russian and Soviet-era parts. Finnish designation for this rifle is "m/30", a copy of the Soviet-era Model 1891/30.

Thanks for the input user.
are these common or more rarely?

>are these common or more rarely?
IIRC Finland only made 14,000 m/30 rifles, so for a Mosin-Nagant variant they're pretty uncommon.

That and a 1903 dated m95 carbine, 250rds of 8x56, and 4 clips for $400

Trades me his high point for a 24 pack of Mich Golden

$50 and a bottle of potato vodka for a Springfield (Savage) 840, came with a 4x Japanese scope on it.

This Steyr-Mannlicher Model 1895 long rifle. Made in 1919, has inter-war Czechoslovak unit markings on it and was later converted to 8x56mmR by Bulgaria.

I traded an absolute POS Remington 710 .30-'06 and $50 for it. So I basically go it for free.

I didn't even realize how great a price I got on it until about six months ago. It's an insanely fun shooter, so I'll probably keep it for the time being.

LGS sold me a 1984 Ruger New Model Super Blackhawk .44mag for $250

$540 shipped for an SAR-1 that came with an Ultimak rail.

$220 shipped for one of Aim Surplus's chipped grip CZ-82s; not really a one-off great deal but still a lot of value for the price imo.

$375 shipped for a Public Security Norinco SKS.

$250 shipped for a P64 with 3 factory magazines.

M-10 Ross, sporterized for $25. in 2001

I pulled the Shining Charizard card out of a pack when I was a kid.

I got an Adcor piston ar for 550 at an auction

The best would probably be my ruger security six with the 4 inch barrel, blued.

I found it in a gun store up the way from me for 200$, and it was practically new with some sick custom herritts grips. Looking at blue book and calguns it's easily a 600 dollar gun now.

Is that full length or cut down to carbine?
