The amount of men that will inevitably die inside it

Brutalize The Retards (-80: means 80 iq or lower for authorized brutalizing)

80 is the maximum Russia can afford.

80 was the largest number in service with the Soviet army at the time of its construction.

1980s. Rather obviously.
Remind me, what was the 80s American wheeled amphibious APC design?

>80s American wheeled amphibious APC design?
The money allotted for that went to tomahawk missiles and Apache helicopters.

the moon rover, fag

As a Russian I'm not even mad, that's a 10\10 comeback, sir.

no helmets on the moon? wow shit was staged

>that's a 10\10 comeback
It's a nice one, but moon rover is not armoured or amphibious. I'd give it 6/10.

In interstellar warfare, armor is overated

The amount of limbs lost while dismounting through that retarded two piece door while on the move (as required by doctrine).

That's how many days it's been since the crew was fed.

Was it designed in the 80's?
That's how it usually goes.

>Remember, men! Protect our tanks and planes too"

8 wheels, 0 horsepower

Why the hate though?

Just the Jow Forums reflex to shit on anything. There is nothing man made on this planet that Jow Forums would not make jokes about if shown. And haters gonna hate.

>What does the 80 stand for?
The fact that they pair so well with 80s synthpop:

Did they die?

It’s common for Russian troops to hang of the sides during road marches, once they get close to the objective site. They get in.

It was common in Vietnam for US forces too, particularly with the M113. Better to sit on the outside and risk enemy bullets than sitting inside and still risk enemy bullets, enemy RPGs and enemy tank mines.

Kek

Russian armor is trash in my experience. They were so bad I could get out of my seat and die in them

80 nm of armor

and MCI farts

8 wheels
0 survivability

For all those genuinely interested in the evolution of BTRs, here´s a book about them

Thanks! Your link didn't load for me, but found it on the site by searching BTR Handbook anyway.

Christ... can you imagine being that one guy with his head sitting less than a foot away from that giant muzzle blast? He's gonna have tinnitus for his next 5 reincarnations.
