My handgun of choice, not too heavy or light. Accurate as hell, runs on nearly anything I put in it except the super light 9x19 loads. Ambidextrous which helps me as a wrong handed person. I did have to change the sights and add some night sights due to my eyes being quite fucky.

I have owned an Exeter P226 for 5 years. It's run flawlessly for many thousand rounds. It hasn't been cleaned in at least 2,000 rounds. It has never had one single malfunction. Not even a light primer strike and it only has a 17lb hammer spring in it.

I know what you mean man I only shot 400 rounds through this gun, I bought it brand new and I already have wear on the ejection port. It’s annoying that it’s coming off already but the gun runs flawless so i guess I’ll just have to live with it since wear is going to happen the more I shoot it anyways.

For many people it has worse ergos because of the control placement, reliability maybe but it's not as clear cut, better trigger for sure. Sadly less holster options and mags are more expensive.

CZ grip angle is universally considered to be very good by people who actually shot one, meanwhile the term "glock hump" exists and there are people out there who file their grips down to get rid of it.
