You would still need to add baffles.
Look up "solvent trap". Its basically the same thing as your oil filter, but has aluminum (sometimes steel) baffles. Its meant to screw onto your firearm and "collect solvent" that you pour down the barrel. All you have to do is drill the hole in each baffle.

If you buy aluminum parts it can be made for $30, but if you want stainless steel it will cost about $110
Go on ebay and look up the following:
