For the past 12 years I've been thinking about how to make the design work, and the closest I've come is
>big round thing is a revolving cylinder holding six shells
>working the lever 80% rotates the cylinder 120 degrees and winds a spring
>working the final 20% of travel opens a bottom ejection port and upper loading port
>spring force rotates cylinder to index three pairs of shells with the double barrels
>single trigger pull fires one barrel at a time
>every second shot unlocks the cylinder to index to the next pair of shells

All it is a double barrel tube feed shotgun that feeds from a single drum.
