Top kek, happened to me too. You can unscrew the buttplate with your free hand if necessary, but all you need to do is push down more (counter intuitive I know) and with your free hand move the metal circle farther in, then pull it out. If it went in, it can come out. Don't panic.
The only choice is amputation. And then kys for losing a finger to the trapdoor.
