That one, too, for me. I'm only basing it on looks, though.
for me, it's BSA or nothing
M249spw/MK46/48 for an LMG or an MG36 if you consider it an LMG and not an LSW
toss off btwen M60 and RPD
Stoner 63 pls
As of recently, the KAC LAMG in 7.62 Nato, but previously it was all iterations of the M60.
M249 is the correct answer
M1919A6
RPK
The gun and the girl
Patrician
Good
Shit tier
M60 is light?
isnt it a medium machine gun for vehicles and only used as a SAW due to lack of alternatives
>dat top mounted mag
hot af
You are a good person and God and Gene Stoner will reward you.
Me, I really, really like the Negev out of the whole batch of modern LMG's. Light recoil, runs like a boss in shitty conditions, combat proven, weighs 13 lbs.
it was the defacto GPMG for the US army until the M249. So technically it's not a LMG... but was used for this role regardless. There was the colt LMG, but it wasn't really adopted by the US
I see a man with taste in this thread.
M240/MAG58 tell me about a machine gun so widely used to slot commies
Does the 63 count?
Latest development of a proud line of ZOG-mercenary-killing machine. Superior in all parameters to any Western LMG.
Kind of depends how you define an "lmg".
Intermediate caliber?
Box magazine fed?
Under a certain weight limit?
Personally I dig the Negev design, in particular how it is built specifically to improve on the FN Minimi's shortcomings.
Hell yeah
Hot garbage
Madsen.
Built like a tank. Reliable. I think you can still find some with backwater armed forces around the planet. It's a very long lived gun and it's long lived because it works.
The favela dwellers still use them
the best GPMG, freed from rims
>technically a GPMG not an LMG, but same difference I guess. Either way, it's physically impossible to find a more aesthetic gun
>run out of ammo
>load another 100 rounds in 2.5 seconds
Clearly the best gun.
I like Israeli guns
Mk 48, hands down. 7.62 with the weight of a M249.
Sure there's beta but for $1400 it's a hella deal I'm just s working poorfag
Nice reverse ak.
>Shit magazines
>Unreliable parts
The only thing it has going for it is lightness. I shot an ultimax before. Don't get me wrong it was fun but for military use there are better weapons for the role.
